False prophets and prophecies in the world and the church

The false prophets have always been with us but never was there such a proliferation of prophecies pointing to the end of the 20th century and then 2012 AD and now 2016 or 2017 as the end of the age. None of the modern prophets that I have examined about prophecies near the end of 20th century were correct. The 2012 false prophets were wrong as well as will be the more modern date setters using twisted scriptures or pagan information( i.e. JONATHAN CAHN PICTURED ABOVE).
The time is way past for the prophecies that were supposed to have been fulfilled at the end of 20th century. Nevertheless, many of the same false prophets  are still being followed. (Those who just give world trends, opinions, or teach about signs of the times do not claim to be prophets. These should not be confused with this group of liars that claim supernatural knowledge or direct revelation about the future.)

Instead of holding the false prophets accountable for what they say, a strange thing happens to their faithful followers. They try to find some obscure meaning to what they once thought was a clear prophecy. The followers of these false prophets say we just misunderstood what was meant in the prophecy so they twist the meaning to mean something else (followers of Nostradamus love this trick). Or they say that the prophetic event changed due to human intervention. If that could be proven to be the case then logically all prophecy about future events would be totally worthless.
Another method the false prophets use to keep their following after the time for the prophecy has come and gone, is to say that the precise timing of the prophecy can change (even though they previously put a date on it). They say the event will still happen but of course it never does unless its fulfillment in time is obvious. If the people of today lived in ancient Israel the directive by God to stone false prophets could never be carried out by the generation that was given the prophecies. They would have to wait for all the excuses to expire. (Using today's rational for God's directive we could only stone the false prophets after they died of natural causes.)
God who is outside of time can see the end from the beginning. Only those prophets who truly hear from God can tell us the future. When destruction was prophesied by the prophets of God in ancient Israel the lying false prophets were also there telling everyone a more ear pleasing story.
Today, like in ancient Israel, there is a surge of modern lying false prophets who contradict God and tell people delusions of their own mind or what they heard from demons. The problem demons have is that they are stuck in time like every other created being. Satan can only guess the future, try to influence it (if God allows), or read the prophetic scriptures and repeat what God has already written. Satan's lying false prophets are almost always wrong unless God (for his own purpose) has used them to deceive those who wish to believe lies.

The test of a true prophet of God was they had to be 100 percent correct at the cost of their lives. If that test were enforced today there would be no living prophets alive on earth today.

Some of the false prophecies given by top secular prophets in the limelight recently

- Followers of Nostradamus have interpreted his writings to say many things but the clearest passage was that something earth-shaking would come from the sky in July 1999.
- Edgar Cayce's readings clearly said the earth's poles would shift in 1998.
- Gordon Michael Scallion along with a lot of Scallion clones said that the Western part of the United States would be underwater within a few years (this was said two decades ago). He and others even drew maps of the new world.
- Jean Dixon in one of her first books said there would be nuclear war between the U.S. and Russia in 1988.
- Ed Dames -- a remote viewer, who claims 100 percent accuracy said on the Art Bell show that the earth would be stripped of vegetation by things that would come from the Hal Bob comet and that there would be 200 to 300 MPH winds devastating the whole world. He also said people would have to move underground and that eighty percent of the population of the world would be killed. He said all this would occur within 3 1/2 years. (this was said in 1996). This is the same nut case who claimed to have remote viewed Satan. He still can be found spouting his latest delusions to the media.
- Robert Ghost Wolf in 1996 said on the Art Bell show "the next 120 days will see the biggest change in man's consciousness in the history of the world."

BAD YEAR FOR ASTROLOGERS
Hardly Any Predictions Came True

DARMSTADT (ANS) -- It was a bad year for astrologers. The Society for Scientific Research of Para-Sciences in Rossdorf near Darmstadt, Germany, examined 90 predictions about the year 2004; none of them came true.

One astrologer predicted in 2003 that US-President George W. Bush would be assassinated. Los Angeles was due to be destroyed by asteroids. German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder should have handed in his resignation and would have been replaced by opposition leader Angela Merkel according to astrological forecasts.

“Clairvoyants usually turn out to be failures,” says mathematician Michael Kunkel of the Society. He recalls that astrologer Patricia Bahrani predicted a terror attack on Berlin and Anton Tewes even a nuclear attack on New York.

Some predictions are so general that they may be interpreted either way. Others are incomprehensible to normal human beings. Astrologer Rosalinde Haller, for instance, foresaw “serial vibrations in Southern Australia”. She did not even bother to explain what she meant, commented Kunkel."

Yet, all of these false prophets and all the rest of the loonies like them still have a following???

Prophets in the Church?

There are the self appointed Christian prophets who claim to receive special revelation from God. They tend to appear on the Prophecy Club or TBN or other "Christian" media and they also travel from city to city giving "their prophetic message from God". The prophets message from God are almost always wrong and in the case of the "Prophecy Club" (Stan Johnson's Prophecy Club not Lahaye's Prophecy Club), they promote lies and hate against the government that God has given us. Many who follow Stan Johnson's teachings are neo-Nazi Christian identity loonies who like to identify with a homemade version of Christianity that lives by the sword. I have never heard one of Stan Johnson's guest prophets on the Prophecy Club ever give a message that has come true. Most of these false prophets tell the discontented what they wish to hear rather than any real message from God.
Pat Robertson of the 700 club and CBN has claimed prophecies from God every year for quite some time and he has yet to be right about anything that he claims the Lord told him. Even so, he still has a great following.

In the "Latter Rain Movement" we see Christians opening up schools to teach others how to become prophets. The founders of these schools and their students claim that prophetic gifts are learned from self effort and practice. Usually what you hear from these self proclaimed church prophets is flowery speech that speaks to the fleshly desires of those who love to hear a "personal word from the Lord through "His anointed". In most cases even their misty messages are proven wrong. Their standard excuse for this is that the prophetic gifts ministry in the Church is one that has a learning curve. In other words, until they get it right they can be wrong!

There also are the traveling prophets who claim to have a word of God for you in the Pentecostal and Charismatic circles. I do not discount all of them because God sometimes does speak through members of the Church. The ones that travel from church to church as a ministry are my focus. I will only speak on this topic from my own experiences and I will give just three of my own experiences from those who claim these prophetic gifts.
+ Once a well know pastor and evangelist in charismatic circles claimed such a gift and he had the church come forward. When he got to me he put his hand on me to push me over and said to me "God is telling me something about you" With eager ears I listened. He said nothing further to me and went promptly to the next person. I guess what God told him about me is still his secret. By the way, that fellow was well known Word of Faith teacher named Charles Capps.
+ A women who was a former prostitute did a regular circuit with her prophetic gifts. She was invited to our small singles group and she had a prophecy for everyone. In my case she rebuked the spirit of financial poverty. I was going to college on the GI bill at the time so I guess that spirit really needed rebuking. She said the first love offering taken for her was not sufficient so they passed the hat around the second time. I found out later that she had a secret prophetic message for my fiancée. She told her I was not the right person for her. Turns out she was correct but apparently the 5 or 6 men that this woman married over the years were not right for her either.
+ Another traveling women claiming prophetic gifts was invited by some Charismatic influential people in the large singles group that I co-led in a very large, very conservative, Presbyterian church. I was not involved in recruiting her to do her act. At the meeting she gave a message to anyone who came up. I did not come up but I know she spent quite some time with a lady in the group who the next morning committed suicide by putting her head under the wheel of a bus. I have to wonder what this women said to her. Surely she should have at least told someone in leadership that the women was in grave danger if she really had any prophetic gifts.

False prophets in Catholic circles

There are the false prophets of Mary with their very deceptive message of coming signs and earning brownie points through rote prayers and penance. The "queen of heaven" that they believe in is the same "queen of heaven" demon that Babylon worshiped, even if it disguises itself as Mary. The danger besides spiritual adultery is that those looking for signs and wonders are the ones most likely to be deceived by the signs and wonders of the Antichrist's False Prophet.

The desire to believe lies

People have very short memories because they continue to follow these liars in spite of their dismal record. The success rate of modern prophets has been researched by reporters and was found to be no better than chance. Less then 2% of prophecies came true and even that two percent was something that most people could foretell without any prophetic gift. Many people that accept these lies by liars also accept the false gospel of works that always accompany the messages. These messages are always telling people what they must pray or do to save the world from disaster. The common new age pagan message in the prophecies is very revealing as to the source of these lies.

Signs of the time

The pagan new age themes (such as the claims that mankind will somehow evolve to a Christ consciousness) that accompanies the lying prophets is a true sign that we are living in the last days when men will not endure sound doctrine but will accept doctrines of demons and then claim they came from God. The false prophets in the church are unstable men and woman that are just blowing their own horn to tickle gullible ears. That was all predicted to happen in the end times by God's own prophetic word.

Nimoy's Vulcan Sign is Invocation of the Devil

On the death of Star Trek actor Leonard Nimoy last week, many tributes took the form of the "Vulcan" hand sign which he made famous.

Satanists usually have benign explanations that enable them to contaminate society. I'm not 100% sure Nimoy was a Satanist but I would wager that he was. The benign explanation is that he introduced the sign into a Star Trek episode spontaneously, and it took off. He explained that the gesture takes the shape of the Hebrew letter "shin" and is a blessing ("Live Long and Prosper") that rabbis give their congregations.

"People don't realize they're blessing each other with this. It's great," Nimoy said.

However, in a longer explanation, seen here, Nimoy makes it clear that this "greeting" is far from benign. It is part of a  powerful Cabalist ritual that can actually damage people. He was warned to shield his eyes:

There was a "strange sound, not singing, shouting, all discordant, wailing, all discordant, not in unison...chilling...whoa, something major is happening here so I peaked and they had their hands stuck out making this sign...I had no idea what was going on but the sound of it, the shape of it was magical."

Most Jews and non-Jews are unaware that Judaism is largely based on Cabalism. Cabalism is Satanism because it says God is formless and unknowable, not even part of the universe. The essence of Satanism is to deny God. The essence of religion is that God is knowable. This explains why Winston Churchill, a Druid and Illuminati Satanist, used this gesture. 

The Vulcan "peace sign" is anything but. Vulcan was a sun deity who was associated with fire, thunderbolts, and light. The festival in honor of him was called the Vulcania in which animal sacrifices were offered.

He bears a family relationship to the Christian devil. It is fascinating to know that he married Venus, another name for Lucifer or the devil. What is even more interesting is that Vulcan is adored in Masonry under the name of Tubal Cain. In the Masonic Quiz Book the question is asked: "Who was Tubal Cain?" The answer is: "He is the Vulcan of the pagans."

In Masonry, Tubal Cain is the name of the password for the Master Mason (or third) degree. Former mason Bill Schnoebel said: "This is called the 'Two Ball Cane,' and is a pun on the secret password of a Master Mason, 'Tubalcain (sic).'...It is also an all-too-obvious pun on the 'god' of Masonry, the male reproductive organ. Nice, eh?...especially when many men wear these wretched things to church on Sunday!" 

Was our hero Leonard Nimoy aware of the implications of the hand sign he made famous? Considering that Star Trek was predictive programming for the New World Order, and that Nimoy was a success in Illuminati controlled Hollywood, I'd say he was.

I grew up in Hollywood. The Nimoy's were friends of my family.  Nimoy was a cold, detached - malignant Narcissist. My Father was part of the "Rat Pack" with Leonard, and a long list of Hollywood Jewish males.

His first wife Sandy was a wonderful compassionate, kind loving woman. Leonard had a fascination with Kabbalah.

Jane D in Santa Fe filled me in on Spock's Jewish subtext in a dinner conversation in 2004. The 'Vulcan hand sign' for instance.  She told me Spock's  'Vulcan mysticism' was Kabbalah.  Vulcan was a metaphor for Israel.   Once you know that  Spock's entire character is based on that, a cascade of references tumble out.

I was exactly the age of the first 'Trekkies' so I'd thought I was saturated in Trek trivia.  We'd always seen the UN metaphor in the United Federation of Planets.

At that impressionable age I actually bought into the 'One World Government' notion as the 'natural evolution' of the human race.  Much to my grandfather's consternation; I remember saying that to him once and he dropped his face into both hands, exasperated.  That was probably when he showed the term 'one world order' in an old book he had by Woodrow Wilson, and about the Illuminati.   It went into my memory but I went on believing in that one world government was natural evolution till 2001.

In 1967, I ordered a copy of the 'Star Trek Bible' for script writers which laid out the 'universal' facts about the Star Trek world that had to be consistent.   Star Trek history begins with the 'Eugenics Wars' of the 1990's, when Emperor Khan tries to take over the world with his race of genetically enhanced Supermen.  Nuclear war resulted around 2000.

However, a more advanced version of the the human race has been watching, and only make themselves known in order to save the planet.  They " facilitated humanity's transition to an interstellar species acting as sort of a big brother in those crucial stages."   Of course these were the Vulcans.  Smarter than humans, but not flaunting it too much; pacifist peace makers, governed by reason and pure intellect, their raison d'etre is to guide the evolution of all the species to oneness with the infinite.

The absence of any Al Goldstein's or Meyer Lanski's - or even no Bill Shatner's on Vulcan is actually explained in Roddenberry's Vulcan ancient history.  Originally they were prone to use their powers for lust, greed, and destruction, but their own suicidal wars brought forth the Vuclan savior Surak. He taught the Vulcans his system of self control through logic.
One could on for hours with this stuff.   In one episode someone suggests Spock could be promoted to captain and he responds that it's wiser to be the power behind the throne.  Which is an amusingly 'Rothschildian' touch.

Leonard Nimoy's been famous most of my life and the Spock character never did me any psychological harm.  In retrospect I consider the character to have been a good influence for boys growing up. 

Now Shatner......that's a different matter altogether...

Shekinah - The Feminine Presence of God

What is the role of the Feminine in the works of Alchemy and Kabbalah?

How do we recognize the Feminine powers at work within us?

And how can we nurture this relationship in our lives to manifest its full potency?

So often it is easy to overlook the role and presence of the Feminine in our work and our lives.  Yet, Her role is so essential that nothing could come into being without the Feminine. This is true of the Masculine as well, but all too often our focus is skewed towards the Masculine at the expense of the Feminine. For those who have studied the path of Alchemy, however, an important role is ascribed to the Feminine.  Two of the primary archetypes of alchemical symbolism, Sol and Luna, make this clear...Luna, the Feminine, is at least half of the equation. Luna represents the anima or inner feminine of the Alchemist.  This Feminine archetype is linked to the elusive workings of our sub-conscious mind, our emotional impulses, our intuitive nature, and our ability to give birth to things in the world.  But, is there a deeper, more occult role that the Feminine plays in the alchemical process?  To answer this question, we can, as many Alchemists of the western path have done before us, look to the ancient teachings of Kabbalah for insights.

The interlinking between Kabbalah and Alchemy is so prominent that it is nearly impossible to decipher many of the older western alchemical writings without an intimate knowledge of Kabbalah.  So, what role does Kabbalah ascribe to the Feminine?  According to Kabbalistic philosophy, the role that the Feminine plays in the process of creation and transformation is venerated to such a pristine place that many Kabbalistic customs are derived from these teachings.  To the Kabbalist, honoring the Feminine is of the utmost importance.  To the Kabbalist, the role of the Feminine is clearly distinguished.  In the Kabbalah, the name of this Divine Feminine is the Shekinah, which means ‘indwelling' and refers to the Presence or Soul of God that is with us in the world.  In fact, whenever someone feels as though God is present, Kabbalists would say it is actually the Shekinah.  This Shekinah, though, is not merely just an aspect of God, She is a Divine Being of Her own right.

Shekinah and Creation

To conceptualize the Shekinah and her role it is necessary to look to the stories of creation.  This is because the very first act of creation is where the Shekinah emerges.  Kabbalah teaches that before the beginning was the En Sof, the Source of all things. En Sof is everything and nothing...It is all potential yet nothing manifested...It has no beginning and no end...It is neither masculine nor feminine, and yet both at the same time.  Alchemically speaking, one might see the En Sof as the One Mind, the One Thing, the Prima Materia, etc all rolled into One.  Everything that you might say about the En Sof you can also say the exact opposite about it, so it is often difficult to talk about.  In other traditions the En Sof is called the Tao, the Void, the Zero Point Field, God the Source.  There is no place that the En Sof is not found, for it is infinite.  Thus, in order to begin the process of creation, for the potential to become actual, the En Sof had to first withdraw from Itself to create a tiny vacuum.  This withdrawal or contraction is called Tsimtsum in Kabbalah.  Through this, a singular point, a primordial vessel was created, and into this vessel the essence of En Sof could flow and be concentrated to such a degree that creation burst forth in a Big Bang.  It is this vessel, into which the concentration of the God essence flows, that is the Shekinah, the Feminine Womb or Birth Canal of Creation.  Now, it is not accurate to say that the Shekinah was created, for she already existed within En Sof.  Rather, as the En Sof withdrew, the Shekinah remained; She was the vessel.  It is through Her that Light and Energy came into being, for before Her, there was only the potential of existence.  Thus, the Shekinah represents the self-restraint that God/En Sof had to impose upon Itself in order to create the Universe, and She embodies the eternal quintessence that results from the flow of Source energy into Her. Thus, here we can see that the Shekinah is more all encompassing than the Luna archetype of Alchemy. She is more like the Mother of both Luna and Sol.  But she is also more than an archetypal mother. In a sense, we might say that the Shekinah is the Quintessence itself.

The Shekinah plays another very important role in the story of creation, and in particular in the Great Plan of humankind.  It is believed that in man's fall to a denser, less perfect state of being in the physical, the Shekinah stayed with us as we separated from God or were exiled from the ‘Garden'.  Thus, the Shekinah, once again, was voluntarily removed from God/En Sof in order for us to have our experience.  She has always stayed with us, wherever we were exiled or isolated or shut out, the Shekinah was always there in exile and isolation with us.  Thus, the Shekinah is also in Malkuth, the Kingdom, the Salt of the Earth, the final step of creation where the energies funnel into the physical world that is our home.  It is for this reason that Kabbalists often refer to Malkuth as the Bride.  For the ultimate Plan and driving desire of the Universe is for the Bride, the Shekinah, to reunite with her Bridegroom, the Creator.  So, the Shekinah, in addition to being the Soul of God is also the Soul of the World.

There is another aspect to the Feminine that is central to Kabbalistic teachings, and is best described through the pattern of the Tree of Life.  On this Tree of Life there are three pillars, the Pillar of Force (usually depicted on the Right), the Pillar of Form (usually depicted on the Left), and the Pillar of Balance (the middle pillar).  The Pillar of Force is traditionally seen as the Masculine energy, with Chokmah, the Divine Father, Sol, at its top.  This pillar deals with expansion, limitless flow of energy, generosity, force, initiative, potency, and movement.  The Pillar of Form, on the other hand, is usually ascribed to the Feminine energy, with Binah, the Divine Mother, Luna, at its top.  This pillar deals with contraction, limitation, containment, form, crystallization, receptivity, stillness, patience, and discipline, all of which reflects the functions of the Shekinah in the first act of creation.  The Pillar of Balance mediates between the two polar energies and is ultimately what is needed to bring about the Union of Masculine and Feminine, Sol and Luna.  These three pillars of the Tree of Life can also be likened to the Three Essentials of Alchemy.  

Here again, the Shekinah plays a very special and multi-faceted role in the Kabbalistic teachings.  For, it is the Shekinah that is ascribed by Kabbalists to be the Middle Pillar of Balance that unites the opposites, just as the soul allows for the opposites of body and spirit to unite, so too does the Shekinah play this role for us.  Indeed, the Shekinah is the Soul of Man, what Kabbalists call the Neshamah, for She has given a portion of Herself in order for each human to come into being in this world.  In giving of Herself to humans, in this state of physical density and isolation, the World Soul becomes shattered. This shattering can be metaphorically grasped in considering what might happen to a glass alembic or flask when too much pressure is put upon in the alchemical works.  Thus, the Shekinah represents the ultimate archetype of selfless sacrifice.  All Her sacrifices have been for the benefit of creation so that humankind may experience this life in order to fulfill its destiny and purpose.  Kabbalists, therefore, pay great respect and gratitude to the Shekinah for Her sacrifice and service by taking up the mantle or the quest to reunite the Shekinah with the Creator.

The Celestial Alchemical Wedding

What role can we as Alchemists and Kabbalists play in this effort to reunite the Shekinah with Her Divine Mate?  Kabbalistic and Alchemical philosophy say that this union can onlyhappen with our involvement, because She is in us.  By purifying, making whole, and mastering our own soul, we help to heal the shattering of the World Soul.  Then, we must go beyond the self and reach out in service to others to ultimately help all of humankind heal their souls. Piece-by-piece we bring the World Soul back into a state of wholeness that can then be lifted up to an exalted state for reunion with God.  This, in essence, is the Great Work of Alchemy. As we awaken the Fire within us, purify our bodies and souls, raise our vibration, we are in essence awakening the Shekinah within and freeing Her from the bonds of Malkuth (the dense, leaden physical form).  Once released, Her burning desire to reunite with the Creator (which at our level of awareness is mirrored by our own desire for union with our own soul) leads to an ascension up the Tree of Life, also experienced as the Kundalini rising.  Ultimately, before the union can take place, the Kabbalist/Alchemist must pass through the gates of death in order to come face-to-face with God.  In Alchemy this death takes place at the Fermentation stage of the work, in Kabbalah it happens upon ‘Crossing the Abyss'.  This is a spiritual death, rather than a literal physical death, though it is certainly no small matter and takes much discipline, courage, faith, and willingness to completely surrender to the Supreme Being.

What are the qualities that we must cultivate within ourselves in order to succeed at this alchemical process?  Here again, we can learn from the Shekinah, the Feminine face of Alchemy.  For, according to Kabbalah, it is the Shekinah that we need to learn to work with intimately in order to awaken Her within us and rise to unite with the Creator. We cannot succeed at Alchemy without mastery of the Feminine aspects within ourselves and the path.  Too often we are so focused on the action or the task at hand that we are not even aware of the subtle yet essential roles the Feminine is playing in the process.  For example, in the distillation of a solution, were it not for the vessels that contain the solution and its vapors, it would not even be possible to isolate the three essentials.  The distillation apparatus itself, the vessel, is the Feminine.  Furthermore, the discipline, patience, and concentration it takes on the Alchemist's part to stay focused during the distillation process, so that the subtle energies can be coherently harnessed, also involve the Feminine qualities. 

Perhaps another look at creation stories from both Kabbalah and Alchemy can help to demonstrate the qualities of the Feminine that are needed. Imagine a single spark of light, a seed of creation, an idea ushered forth from the One Mind.  This spark comes to hover above the waters of the firmament, the Prima Materia.  But this spark, this fire, cannot come into direct contact with the waters or it will be extinguished, for they are opposites. So, it hovers just above the surface of the unformed waters. And as it hovers, its intense heat penetrates into the waters and warms them. As it continues to give off its radiant heat and light, the once cold and dark waters become warm, even hot, and a steam begins to form on the surface. A third thing has been created by the proximity of the two, containing a mixture of both aspects within it. This process continues until a thick blanket of steam forms and begins to surround the fire as well, until finally, this thick blanket of steam created from part water and part fire, that fills the air or the space between, allows for or becomes the medium by which the spark and its energy can be conducted into the waters. The steam or air mediates the transfer of energy and creative power of the fire into the waters. As this conduction happens and the energy enters the waters, it moves through like a flash of lightening, generating light, sounds, vibration, electricity. These expressions of energy form and shape the waters, creating something out of the Prima Materia, out of the One Thing. This mediator, the steam, the air, the spirit (mercury) allows the fire or consciousness (sulfur) of the One Mind to connect with the waters or material (salt) of the One Thing and creation happens.

The important thing to recognize here is what is required in this process - patience, persistence, stillness, and restraint - in order for the steam to develop, for the mediator to be drawn out. If spurious other thoughts from the Mind had interfered it would act like a wind blowing across the surface and clearing the steam away so that it could not become thick enough to mediate the conductive power of the fire. The occult lesson is: one must not pollute this process with thought. Nor can it be rushed. One can only be still and wait patiently and quietly, while focusing on the One Thing (the still waters) and the original spark or idea from the One Mind (the fire). 

The qualities involved here are primarily the domain of the Feminine. It is the Feminine that teaches patience rather than seeking immediate gratification. It is the Feminine that requires silence and stillness for the spirit to be drawn out. It is the Feminine that gives self-restraint so that the fire does not try to go directly into the waters and be extinguished. It is the Feminine that is willing to bear the process of waiting for the gestation and pregnancy to take its full course before new life can be born. It is the product of the Feminine, the air or spirit, that mediates this birth like a midwife. It is the Feminine that beckons us inwards and demands discipline to perfect the art and our creations. If we shun the Feminine, we deny ourselves the glory of attaining the Holy Grail.  If we indulge in vice and darkness we create shadows within and chase the Shekinah away, or at least block her light from our consciousness. The grace of the Feminine's gifts must be earned and are often hard fought. Yet her rewards are sweet and well worth the effort. When we pay homage to the Shekinah by purifying our soul and cleansing ourselves from the dross or ‘sin' of our being, then She will show us Her face. Therefore, it is crucial that we each honor the Sacred Alchemical Feminine so that she will be with us to mediate our transformations and creations. Without the Feminine there can be no Alchemy.

The Zohar and Orthodox Judaism: A Homo-Erotic Culture

                                                          

                                                     

Question: "What is the Zohar?"

Answer: The Zohar is a commentary on the Hebrew Scriptures and the primary source of the beliefs of Kabbalah, a mystical form of Judaism. According to Kabbalah, this text was written in the 2nd century AD by Shimon bar Yochai. Supposedly, bar Yochai was inspired by visions from the angel Gabriel to record secret, powerful knowledge about interpreting the Torah. Unlike other Jewish commentaries on the Torah, known as the Mishnah or Midrash, the Zohar is heavily mystical and   occultic- or witchcraft-based approach to spirituality. Kabbalists believe that Jewish leadership during the Roman era considered such knowledge to be too powerful for the common man, and so they suppressed it.

According to the Zohar, God’s message in the Torah is meant to be understood at four levels: literal, allegorical, Rabbinic, and secretive. In other words, the more powerful and truthful purpose of the Torah is only accessible to those with special knowledge and insight, per Kabbalah. This places the Zohar and Kabbalah firmly in the sphere ofGnosticism and mysticism.

The text of the Zohar was unknown until first published in the 13th century by Moses de León. De León claimed the writings to be traditions passed down from Shimon bar Yochai many centuries before. However, most modern scholars, Jewish and otherwise, believe that de León himself actually composed the Zohar’s content. De León’s publication came from a place and era when Gnostic concepts were in fashion. Also, no mention is made of the Zohar or its contents in any midrash known prior to de León’s publication of the Zohar.

Mainstream Christianity considers the Zohar and Kabbalah to be false teachings in the same vein as other Gnostic and mystical cults. The same is true of all major sects of mainstream Judaism, although some Jewish scholars see the Zohar as useful for gaining insight into Jewish thinking, and some use the Zohar to provide additional opinions on the meaning of the Torah.

The Zohar and Orthodox Judaism: A Homo-Erotic Culture

There are many aspects of Orthodox Judaism that have homosexual features, including male-only, nude ritual baths and episodic segregation from women. Since generations of adult Judaic males were molested as infants by the mohel, they are marked for darkness through this heinous act, just as surely as the Christian is marked for light by baptism. Prior to the modern era, every Orthodox Judaic male was molested as an infant, and then as a child growing up and as an adult he witnessed a series of ritual molestations at subsequent circumcisions. Quite naturally, the sight of repeated acts of fellatio perpetrated by adult males on baby boys leads to the creation of a subtle homosexual culture that permeates the whole of Orthodox Judaism. Subsequent homosexual acts as adults, in particular involving rabbis, are covered up, as required, as stipulated in BT Mo'ed Katan 17a and the halackos of lashon hara (laws against "evil speech"). Orthodox Judaism is a single-sex society, immersed in a milieu of homosexuality, or as the Judaic homosexual journalist Jay Michaelson terms it, homo-eroticism: "The minor Jewish holiday of Lag B'Omer, the 33rd day after the beginning of Passover, is traditionally observed as the yahrzeit 824 of Rabbi Shimon Bar Yohai, to whom has been ascribed the authorship of the Zohar, masterpiece of Kabbalah... Up to 30,000 people converge on his tomb and dance through the night and throughout the entire next day. Given that the tomb complex itself is only the size of an average suburban house, the crowding is intense... Of course, the hordes are separated -men on one side, women on the other. And so for the entire time I was there, I was sandwiched between a moving mass of male humanity. There was no personal space whatsoever; every part of my body, except my head, was in full contact with a part of someone else's body. There were rare instances where I stumbled into a gap in the crowd. But most of the time, I had to surrender to its ebbs and flows, pushing through the sea of flesh to get where I wanted to go. The full body contact in an undulating, dancing, ecstatic, sweaty, loud, and extremely excited crowd of men was only the beginning. Men were dancing with each other, embracing one another, laughing and celebrating, singing at the top of their lungs. Bonfires were burning. And the dancing was erotic, sensual. Two men, captured on video by a friend of mine performed sensual yichudim (unifications) using each other's bodies as the medium for the Divine. They ran their hands a few inches from one another's bodies - imagine the hand-gestures a sailor might make to show the outline of a curvaceous woman, except the woman is actually there, except the woman is actually a man. "The two men made eye contact, slid around one another like a pair of belly-dancers, with seductive expressions on their faces. Had I not seen it myself, I would not have believed it. This was not the deracinated 'simcha dancing' popular in more moderate Orthodox circles. This was ecstatic, erotic.. Now, these were haredi men living in a virtually all-male environment, seeing their wives only a few hours each day and avoiding conversations with all other women. They had been educated in single-sex yeshivas. "There is a longstanding Jewish custom to immerse in the mikva, the ritual bath, before the sabbath and holidays. Some hasidic men do it every morning before prayer or study. According to halacha, only women are required to immerse in the mikva, after menstruation, as a purification rite. But it is a custom which has become widespread. The mikva, is seen as purifying one from an array of sins - but most importantly, that of shichvat zera,, or spilled seed. Jewish law is very concerned with the discharges of the body, chiefly blood and semen, both of which were believed to contain the life-energy of a person... "In Mea Shearim, the oldest haredi neighborhood in Jerusalem, the pre-sabbath mikva has been expanded to a wild extreme. I visited a complex with a traditional schvitz (steam room) combined with three mikvas (warm, hot, and scalding) and group showers. Old men, young men, adolescents, and boys filled the complex, with far more personal body contact than I saw even in the Turkish bathhouses of Europe. In the schvitz, it was not unusual for a man to bend over, hand the man behind him the traditional platza branches, and ask him to whip him with it - or, as an alternative, to hand the man a soapy rag and ask for a massage. I have no interest in S&M (sado-masochism), and so have only seen it practiced a few times... There was, as far as I could see, little phenomenological difference between what I saw there and what I saw at the Mea Shearim schvitz. Again, no 'sex.' But the whipping sound, followed by passionate sighs from the man being whipped. The occasional grunts of men, HARDER! THE SMELLS OF NAKED MEN.

Now that Christians have been trained to search for hidden messages in their Bibles, Jonathan Cahn has come out with his third book; "The Book of Mysteries." Does the Bible contain "mysteries," hidden codes and dates for Christians to distract themselves searching out? Absolutely not! God never intended for His word to be a book of mysteries to be unlocked. That is  thoroughly  based on Gnostic teaching.

First we were presented with The Harbinger. Then the Mystery of the Shemitah. Both were proven to be bogus mysteries by Bible Scholars from around the country. And now once again we are presented with  Jonathan Cahn's latest gimmick " THE BOOK OF MYSTERIES". Jonathan Cahn has portrayed himself to the world as a modern day Old Testament Prophet who supposedly receives revelations from God, and has the ability to UNLOCK MYSTERIES FROM THE BIBLE LIKE NO OTHER HUMAN BEING HAS DONE SINCE THE DAWN OF MANKIND, THROUGH DREAMS AND VISIONS AND OTHER WORLDLY ORACLES. MAN GIVE ME A BREAK! NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH. THAT MEANS THAT KING SOLOMON, THE PROPHET DANIEL, THE APOSTLE PAUL AND EVEN THE LORD JESUS CHRIST HIMSELF COULD NOT MATCH UP TO JONATHAN CAHN BECAUSE THEY JUST DIDN'T MAKE THE CUT. BY BIBLICAL DEFINITION, THIS GUY JUST FITS THE BILL OF A FALSE PROPHET, WHO HAS DUPED MILLIONS OF CHRISTIANS AROUND THE WORLD WHILE CASHING IN MILLIONS OF DOLLARS FROM PROFIT SALES. AND HIS LATEST BOOK  IS JUST ANOTHER PLOY TO COVER UP THAT FACT.  It is my personal belief that Jonathan Cahn is suffering from delusions of grandeur and that usually is a sign that this person may be an egomaniac and not even realize it.

"The book begins by taking Jonathan Cahn and his initiates to a desert place where students live as the people of old did, in caves or small dwellings with no modern conveniences such as electricity or the Internet, this is obviously the caves of the Qumran where a Jewish sect known as the Essenes lived and eventually the Dead Sea Scrolls were later discovered. The Qumran Caves were not entirely barren. There were carefully maintained gardens of trees, plants, vines, and flowers. The Essenes lived on the shores of lakes and rivers, away from cities and towns, and practiced a communal way of life, sharing equally in everything. They were mainly agriculturists and arboriculturists, having a vast knowledge of crops, soil and climatic conditions which enabled them to grow a great variety of fruits and vegetables in comparatively desert areas and with a minimum of labor."
The teacher taught concepts to his students one at a time, during any time of day, while the student was working or resting, and sometimes it was in response to a question the student asked" .

You can very easily see in fragment forms of what appears to be  the ESSENE'S  BOOK OF MYSTERIES FOUND AMONG THE DEAD SEA SCROLLS, AN ELDERLY MAN  IN A CAVE PLAYING THE ROLE  OF TEACHER OF RIGHTEOUSNESS,  QUMRAN CAVES IN THE DESERT,  OTHER ANCIENT BOOKS FOUND IN THE  QUMRAN CAVES etc, etc.  KNOWING JONATHAN CAHN'S  APOLOGETICS APPROACH, THE OTHER ANCIENT BOOKS BEING ALLUDED TO IN THIS VIDEO #1 TRAILER ARE  EXTRA BIBLICAL SOURCES, THE BABYLONIAN TALMUD WRITTEN BY NEW AGE RABBINICAL SAGES.  Also in video #2 at approximately time frame 25 seconds, Jonathan Cahn clearly makes reference to the MYSTERIES OF THE RABBIS AND THEIR WRITINGS  REFERRING TO NEW AGE RABBINICAL SAGES. The Book of Mysteries and the way it is constructed closely resembles another unnamed wisdom book found among the Dead Sea Scrolls, variously called The Secret of the Way Things Are or the Sapiential Work. In both texts, the term raz occurs frequently. Raz means "mystery" or "secret", and is defined as a type of wisdom or knowledge that is known by God and can only be known by humans by divine revelation. This word often occurs in the phrase raz nihyeh, which can be translated as "the secret of the way things are". The assumption behind The Book of Mysteries is that revelation, not reason, is the key to wisdom. According to a Jewish legend, one of the Essenes, named Menachem, had passed at least some of his mystical knowledge to the Talmudic mystic Nehunya ben HaKanah, to whom the Kabbalistic tradition attributes Sefer HaBahir and, by some opinions, Sefer HaKanah, Sefer HaPeliah, and Sefer HaTemunah. Some Essene rituals, such as daily immersion in the mikveh, coincide with contemporary Hasidic practices; some historians have also suggested that the name "Essene" is a Hellenized form of the word "Hasidim" or "Hasid".


It is interesting to note that the Essenes were also the authors of SEVERAL HOROSCOPES, 4Q186,4Q534, & 4Q561. HOROSCOPES FALL UNDER THE KNOWLEDGE BRANCH OF THE OCCULT. This is equivalent to DIVINATION which is unlocking secret knowledge/MYSTERIES. The Essenes also utilized a system of GEMATRIA/NUMEROLOGY. By applying the various forms of Kabbalistic gematria and numerology to the Bible, entirely heretical meanings can be promoted as also is demonstrated with the process of Temura or permutation of the Scriptures. The Essenes also believed in REINCARNATION. The Essenes were a monastic order of Jews in New Testament times whose doctrines was an EXTREME FORM OF PHARISAISM.  This Jewish monastic order, as their records now disclose, recognized as their head a "TEACHER OF RIGHTEOUSNESS" who had revealed to them secret mysteries of rules for life.


The Pharisees are the ancestors of modern day ORTHODOX JUDAISM WITH THEIR OCCULTIC WRITINGS i.e. THE ZOHAR, THE BABYLONIAN AND PALESTINIAN TALMUD. Rabbinic/Orthodox Judaism is an anti-biblical religion of racism, self worship,superstition, and deceit.

JONATHAN CAHN'S book makes reference to an unnamed ESSENE TEACHER(perhaps alluding to himself as the main character) who claims to be the recipient of such a revelation and is passing it along to his initiates. It is under this  setting or paradigm that Jonathan Cahn takes his readers on a mystical journey.

"Mathew 13:10-11: DID JESUS TEACH THAT WE NEED TO SEEK A HIDDEN, SECONDARY(esoteric) MEANING IN SCRIPTURE, AS NEW AGERS SAY?
Misinterpretation: Some New Agers appeal to Mathew 13:10-11 in an attempt to show that we should seek secret and hidden(esoteric) meaning in scripture. Jesus is portrayed being in front of a multitude composed of both believers and unbelievers. He did not attempt to separate the believers from the unbelievers and then instruct only the believers. Rather, he constructed his teaching in such a way that believers would understand what he said but unbelievers would not-by using parables. Then, after teaching one such parable, a disciple asked Jesus: "Why do you speak to the people in parables"? (see Mathew 13:10). Jesus answered: "THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE SECRETS(OR MYSTERIES) OF THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN HAS BEEN GIVEN TO YOU BUT NOT TO THEM cf Mathew 13:11. Clearly then Mathew 13 does not support but rather argues against esotericism".

Jesus held to a literal not a esoteric method of interpreting scripture and is clear in that he literally interpreted the creation account of Adam and Eve cf Mathew 13:35,25:34,Mark 10:6, the account of Noah's Ark and the Flood cf Mathew 24:38-39,Luke 17:26-27, the account of Jonah and the Whale
cf Mathew 12:39-41, the account of Sodom and Gomorrah cf Mathew 10:15, and the account of Lot and his Wife cf Luke 17: 28-29.

In her commentary on The Harbinger, Christine Pack wrote:

"(The apostle) Paul does talk about the mystery of Gentiles and Jews being united together in a common church and common faith (something that could have scarcely been imagined in Old Testament times). There is also the mystery of Jesus Christ, who was dimly glimpsed through types and shadows in the Old Testament, but Who was gloriously revealed in his fullness as our Savior in the New Testament. But these are mysteries which are laid open for all to see and know and understand and respond to, and not clues on a Mysterious Journey to Somewhere (which is really the more western understanding of the word "mystery")."

• Secrets and Mysteries

Many false prophets claim to have received messages and / or visions from God that are to be kept secret from other people, sometimes until a specified time.

Beware of this as it actually elevates the false prophet since it makes him / her special, with privy to “secret” information. This is not the way of God.

I can think of only one place in the Bible where something like this occurred. In Revelation 10:1-4 John is told by an angel to not reveal that which the seven peals of thunder had spoken. It is obvious from the scriptures that this was done not to elevate John, but for purposes that only God knows. In addition, this account occurs in the Bible, which we know to be the inspired Word of God.

In addition to secrets, there are those who include mysteries in their prophecies. These take the form of mysterious words, phrases, connotations, numerical puzzles, and riddles that leave the reader either mystified or confused.

Again, this brings elevation to the false prophet since he supposedly received these things and it implies that he is the one to whom God has chosen to know the mystery. The words “mystery” and “mysteries” appear 26 times in the New Testament (New American Standard Version). In all cases the mystery is revealed to the believers. Only the unbelievers are left mystified, and it is no wonder, since they are unable to see the truth that is in Christ. Satan is the author of mysteries that are given to men for elevation.

On Gnosticism:

"Gnosticism is a very old heresy that teaches that the truth has to be decoded, uncovered, unlocked, unveiled, discovered".

Secret Knowledge = Gnosticism

Gnosticism is a heresy because, according to God, we are given all that we need for life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3) in God's word. We don't need to decode secret mysteries, unravel sealed up messages, decipher clues, or pull back the veil on hidden things. All that we need, all that God wants us to know, is contained in the Bible.

Going back for a minute to Cahn's original work "The Harbinger," let's look at the title. The word,"Harbinger" is kind of an old fashioned word referring to someone or something that foreshadows an upcoming event. But it's use tells us something about the beliefs of the writer Mr. Cahn, just as the use of certain terminology by John Nelson Darby makes his association with Theosophy clear. Interestingly, Helena Blavatsky frequently used the term "Harbinger," in relation to Lucifer. (Thanks go out to DeAnne for bringing this to my attention):

"It is but natural - even from the dead letter standpoint - to view Satan, the Serpent of Genesis, as the real creator and benefactor, the Father of Spiritual mankind. For it is he who was the "Harbinger of Light," bright radiant Lucifer, who opened the eyes of the automaton created by Jehovah, as alleged; and he who was the first to whisper: "in the day ye eat thereof ye shall be as Elohim, knowing good and evil" - can only be regarded in the light of a Saviour." - Wandering Jew (Vol. 2, p. 243).

Helena Petrovna Blavatsky was a Russian occultist, spirit medium, and author who co-founded the Theosophical Society in 1875. The Theosophical Society is a LUCIFER IAN OCCULT RELIGION.

It is evident that mysticism abounds in the books and teachings of Jonathan Cahn.  In an interview with Jonathan Bernis, Jonathan Cahn referred to The Oracle as "the mystery of the ages" and "the blueprint of end-time prophecy." 34  A cursory examination of the mystery schools will reveal the coded language of adepts in books like Manly P. Hall's The Secret Teachings of all Ages, in which he dedicates four lengthy chapters to The Secret Doctrine of Israel and refers to "Kabbalism as a key to Masonic esotericism."

 

The Book of Mysteries by Jonathan Cahn is written in a narrative resembling that of the Zohar.  Presented as a daily devotional, The Book of Mysteries follows the one-year journey of a traveler's odyssey through deserts and secret chambers to discover "Hidden Keys" to the "Secrets of the Ages" revealed by a man known only as "the teacher."  The Zohar tells a similar story of "a group of 'wandering mystics' headed by their grand master, Rabbi Shimon bar Yohai" as they travel through the deserts of the Holy Land to uncover "the deepest mysteries of Torah." 37  In the tradition of the Zohar's orally transmitted secrets, the teacher in The Book of Mysteries tells his apprentice, "And so the mysteries have been passed down from teacher to disciple, from age to age."

Within the umbrella of kabbalistic texts can be found the Sefer HaRazim or The Book of Mysteries.  This original version of the Book of Mysteries is a collection of magical incantations said to be revealed to Noah by the angel Raziel.  It is divided into seven sections, each section describing one of the seven heavens.  Included is a list of the hierarchy of accompanying angels whose secret names may be invoked to assist the spirit traveler in his ascent to the throne.  The legend - or fable - surrounding the Sefer HaRazim Book of Mysteries is that it was passed down through the ages to Solomon and was the source of his "wisdom and purported magical powers."

"Before its end as a nation, there appeared in ancient Israel nine specific warnings and OMENS of national destruction – These same nine HARBINGERS are now manifesting in America with profound ramifications for America's future and end-time prophecy".

Anyone who believes that the Harbinger is based solely on the inerrant word of God will be subjected to a great delusion. Mr. Cahn introduces the concept of JEWISH MYSTICAL THOUGHT WITHIN THE HARBINGER to his readers vaguely under the following pages: 11, 40,97,240,& 242. THIS CONCEPT HAS A DIRECT BEARING ON MR. CAHN'S EXTRA-BIBLICAL THEOLOGY.  THE WORD HARBINGER ALSO MEANS OMEN.  IT IS FORBIDDEN IN GOD'S WORD TO INTERPRET OMENS. ANYONE WHO DOES SO IS DABBLING WITH THE OCCULT AND SHAKING HANDS WITH THE DEVIL.  IT IS AN ILLEGITIMATE MEANS OF TRYING TO DETERMINE THE WILL OF GOD!  SEE PASSAGE BELOW:   

“When you enter the land which the Lord your God gives you, you shall not learn to IMITATE the detestable things of those nations.  There shall not be found among you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices witchcraft, or ONE WHO INTERPRETS OMENS, or a sorcerer, or one who casts a spell, or a medium or a spiritist, or one who calls up the dead" (Deuteronomy 18:9-11).

Omens are closely tied with fortune-telling and divination, as the omen must be “read” or “divined” by someone who knows how. Throughout the ancient world, omens (also referred to as signs and portents) were believed, divined, and obeyed. For example, in ancient Assyria if the king received an evil omen, he would go into hiding and the Assyrians would place a decoy king on the throne in anticipation that the evil event would befall the false king instead of the true one. 

However, the Bible expressly forbids divination of any kind: “Let no one be found among you who . . . interprets omens. . . . Anyone who does these things is detestable to the Lord” (Deuteronomy 18:10–12). We do not live by superstition, and we should not be searching for good or evil omens. Our understanding of the spiritual world does not come through the occult. God has given us the ultimate sign of His goodness, love, and grace in Jesus Christ (1 John 4:9). The Bible is our source for spiritual insight (2 Peter 1:19–21).  

 Jonathan Cahn in his book The Harbinger claims that his teachings and sermons are known for their prophetic significance and their revealing of deep mysteries of God’s Word. 

From the back cover of the Harbinger paragraph 2...."THESE SAME NINE HARBINGERS ARE NOW MANIFESTING IN AMERICA WITH PROFOUND RAMIFICATIONS FOR AMERICA'S FUTURE AND END TIME PROPHECY"(ESCHATOLOGY).

A quotation from The Harbinger page 129 the Prophet to Nouriel:

"It all goes back to the PROPHECY....EVERYTHING-the collapse of Wall St, the rise and fall of the credit market, the war in Iraq, the collapse of the housing market, the foreclosures, the defaults, the bankruptcies, the government takeovers, EVERYTHING- politics, foreign policy world history-EVERYTHING that happened after. It ALL GOES BACK TO THE PROPHECY AND TO THE ANCIENT MYSTERY".

Also Jonathan Cahn in his book T.H.claims that Isaiah 9:10 FORETOLD PROPHETICALLY ALL THE EVENTS FROM SEPT 11TH 2001-SEPT 2008 INCLUDING GLOBAL EVENTS? 

THE ABSOLUTE TRUTH: Jonathan Cahn’s nine harbingers  were after-the-fact analysis or opinions of his own personal doing. They are not really prophecies. It was all an elaborate fabrication which duped millions of Christians around the world.  It is a literary work based on EISEGESIS.  What do I mean by that? Eisegesis involves 1) imagination: what ideas do I want to present? 2) exploration: what Scripture passage seems to fit with my ideas? and 3) application: what does my idea mean? In eisegesis there is  no cross-referencing with related passages of scripture, and no real desire to understand the actual meaning of the sacred text in it's entire context as the biblical author originally intended for his readers. Scripture serves only as a prop to the interpreter’s idea. I know these things because I read the book myself. Also I was present at his Church Beth Israel as a former member and witnessed first hand the evolution of the Harbinger as a continuing series of sermons before it was finally put into print. There is so much to connect Mr. Cahn to New Age Rabbinical  Sages and their MAN MADE DOCTRINAL SYSTEM,  first and most obviously; THE ZOHAR the premier text of occultic knowledge, The Babylonian Talmud,  all having a direct correlation to Babylonian Paganism, Freemasonry, Kabbalah, Theosophy and Gnosticism.  Mr. Cahn before coming to Messiah was once involved with the occult  at some point during his late teen years in search of spiritual  truth.  As we had seen previously with the blood moons, many made a profit through misapplying scripture and intentionally misleading others to the meaning of what was taking place.

Deuteronomy 13:1-5

Worshiping Other Gods

13 ^[a]If a prophet, or one who foretells by dreams, appears among you and announces to you a sign or wonder, ² and if the sign or wonder spoken of takes place, and the prophet says, “Let us follow other gods” (gods you have not known) “and let us worship them,” ³ you must not listen to the words of that prophet or dreamer. The Lord your God is testing you to find out whether you love him with all your heart and with all your soul. ⁴ It is the Lord your God you must follow, and him you must revere. Keep his commands and obey him; serve him and hold fast to him. ⁵ That prophet or dreamer must be put to death for inciting rebellion against the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt and redeemed you from the land of slavery. That prophet or dreamer tried to turn you from the way the Lord your God commanded you to follow. You must purge the evil from among you.

"But the prophet who presumes to speak a word in my name that I have not commanded him to speak, or who speaks in the name of other gods, that same prophet shall die.’ And if you say in your heart, ‘How may we know the word that the LORD has not spoken?’— when a prophet speaks in the name of the LORD, if the word does not come to pass or come true, that is a word that the LORD has not spoken; the prophet has spoken it presumptuously. You need not be afraid of him." (Deuteronomy 18:20-22)

The warning in the above scriptural passages is urgently needed for today. Some of God's people are so enamored by the supernatural that they are ready to receive anyone who demonstrates supernatural power or divine revelation knowledge as necessarily being a true servant of God. But the passages quoted above indicates that this attitude is UN SCRIPTURAL & DANGEROUS.

To get the full picture we need to combine the above two passages( Deuteronomy 13:1-5 &  Deuteronomy 18: 20-22)  that clearly show us how to identify a false prophet like Jonathan Cahn.  

The first passage warns us  against a prophet who gives us a supernatural sign that is fulfilled, but at the same time teaches disobedience or disloyalty towards God. The second passage warns that a prophet who makes some supernatural prediction  that is not fulfilled is a false prophet. 

By induction we  arrive at the following conclusion: A TRUE PROPHET OF GOD IS ONE WHO GIVES A SUPERNATURAL SIGN OR MAKES A PREDICTION THAT IS FULFILLED, BUT WHO ALSO TEACHES LOYALTY TO GOD AND HIS WORD.  JONATHAN CAHN'S HARBINGER OF THE SHEMITAH NEVER CAME TO FRUITION. THEREFORE BY BIBLICAL DEFINITION JONATHAN CAHN IS A FALSE PROPHET!
 
Another method the false prophets use to keep their following after the time for the prophecy has come and gone, is to say that the precise timing of the prophecy can change (even though they previously put a date on it). They say the event will still happen but of course it never does unless its fulfillment in time is obvious. If gullible people are going to believe these type of excuses then how can any prophet ever be proven false?  

If a professing christian gives a supernatural sign or prophetic prediction that is not fulfilled, he/she needs to immediately take the following steps:

1)Publicly acknowledge that  the sign or prediction is totally false

2) Ask forgiveness from all Christians that were deceived 

3) If people who were deceived  suffered loss or damages, do everything possible to make amends and   restitution 

AS OF THE TIME OF THIS POSTING JONATHAN CAHN HAS  NOT  SATISFIED THE ABOVE 3 CONDITIONS.

Cahn's answer: "Unfortunately this kind of statements represents some of the extreme and bizarre opposition to The Harbinger - It is an extreme false accusation. No. I have never in my life said that the Zohar has greatly influenced my writing - nor has it ever. ... Rabbinical writings, mystical or otherwise, have been quoted for ages, in Bible commentaries, apologetics, works such as The Life and Times of Jesus the Messiah," etc....

I MAKE THE FOLLOWING QUOTATION FROM TED W. PIKE'S BOOK "ISRAEL OUR DUTY OUR DELIMMA" FROM PAGE 103: " The Kabbalah at this time was a Babylonian brew which included such occult features as REINCARNATION, NECROMANCY, CONJURATION, ASTRAL PROJECTION, COOPERATION WITH DEMONS, ASTROLOGY, NUMEROLOGY, AND A VAST SYSTEM FOR THE USE OF CHARMS, AMULETS & INCANTATIONS". In short, most of what was distinctive of BABYLONIAN & EGYPTIAN SORCERY WAS INCLUDED IN THE ZOHAR! Even today virtually all occult systems (especially THEOSOPHICAL ONES) and practices, including WITCHCRAFT & SATANISM, borrow heavily from the KABBALAH(AS PRESERVED IN THE ZOHAR) in their rituals and symbolism".

Writings — There are always some extra-Biblical writings which are considered equal to or superior to the Bible. The Mormons have their Pearl of Great Price. The Children of God look to the letters of their founder, Moses David (David Berg). The prophetic proclamations of Herbert W. Armstrong are revered as scripture by many Armstrongites. The Jehovah’s Witnesses have their own eccentric “translation” of the Scriptures. It is actually a version that simply rewords all the verses that conflict with their theology.  And Jonathan Cahn has The Zohar and The Babylonian Talmud as his extra-biblical writings to unlock bogus mysteries.

Many cult leaders claim to have a direct pipeline to God. The teachings of cult leaders often change and, hence, they need new revelations to justify such changes. In view of this deluge of prophetic counterfeits, believers have an unparalleled need for a deeper understanding of authentic Christianity. For it is impossible to recognize a prophetic fraud unless we have an understanding of what is prophetically genuine. Error can only be correctly measured over against the truth of God's inerrant word.

The fact is, cult leaders are NOTORIOUS SCRIPTURE TWISTERS. When dealing with cults, one must keep in mind that they are always built not upon what the bible teaches, but upon what the FOUNDERS/LEADERS OF THE RESPECTIVE CULTS SAY THE BIBLE TEACHES! And such is the case with many of Jonathan Cahn's bogus mysteries and apologetics.
