Feminism in the Church: An Urgent and Necessary Reflection

MUST SEE VIDEO!

In this video, we address a critical and deeply relevant issue: the ideological feminism that has infiltrated the Church. This is not an academic discussion or a simple difference of opinion. It is a spiritual battle that affects the very heart of the Body of Christ. We analyze how radical feminism has begun to influence the pulpits, distorting true biblical teaching and advancing an agenda that replaces God's divine design.

What is the difference? We believe in female leadership according to the Word of God: women called by God, humble, submissive, and filled with the Holy Spirit. However, we denounce those women who, from the pulpit, have adopted the feminist agenda, using the platform not as an altar of worship, but as an ideological platform that promotes empowerment, not holiness.
Throughout history, feminism has evolved from a legitimate struggle for women's rights to an ideology that challenges divine order. In this video, we unravel how this movement began in 18th-century ideologies and how it infiltrated churches, adapting phrases and concepts foreign to Scripture and distorting divine purpose. The problem is not in women's ministry, but in the Jezebel spirit, which has manipulated and distorted spiritual authority. We are speaking of a rebellious spirit that does not seek to build the Kingdom of God, but rather to impose a personal throne of power, control, and self-exaltation. This video is an urgent warning for the Church today: we cannot tolerate ideological feminism disguised as spirituality. True revival can only come when women (and men) submit to God's design, walk in obedience, and live to serve, not to dominate. Listen to this message with discernment and join the fight for a true revival that honors the Word of God and builds up the Church.

With Dr. David Edgington - Abusive Wives

ABOUT DR. DAVID D. EDGINGTON'S BOOK
THE ABUSIVE WIFE

The wife is the “unexpected” abuser/reviler in a marriage. Biblically, the term “revile” speaks of the verbal aspect of mistreatment of others. It is a “non-contact” weapon in the arsenal of the bitter, controlling person. Both in society and in the Church, it is assumed that the husband is the one who reviles the wife, yet there is a growing trend where the opposite is the case. And this trend will continue to get worse as role confusion in marriage and relationships escalates in the modern world. Men in marriages where they are reviled feel alone, judged, and hopeless. Most men in this kind of marriage suffer silently since to openly admit this problem calls into question one’s masculinity. Being reviled is so painful and debilitating that most men seriously contemplate suicide. It is no wonder then, that the sin of “reviling” requires church discipline (1 Cor. 5:11; 6:10), yet how many churches practice this? This book is a must-read both for the husband living in a reviling marriage, but also for the Pastor who wishes to minister to his people according to the Scriptures. Drawing on his vast experience as a full-time Biblical Counselor, Dr. Edgington examines this pressing issue from both his experience in counseling husbands and wives, and also from the practical application of the Word of God. David D. Edgington, PhD is the founder and Executive Director of “Compassionate Counselors,” which is a Biblical Counseling ministry in Phoenix, Arizona. He is also an ordained Pastor since 1992 and is currently the Preaching Pastor at Christ’s Community Church in El Mirage, Arizona. Dealing with an angry, brawling, or contentious wife requires patience, understanding, and effective communicationIt's crucial to address the root causes of the conflict, encourage open dialogue, and seek professional help if needed. Avoid escalating the situation by remaining calm, listening to her perspective, and finding constructive solutions together.
Here's a more detailed approach:
1. Understand the Root Cause:
  • Listen Actively:
When your wife is angry, make a conscious effort to listen to her complaints without interrupting or becoming defensive. Try to understand her perspective and the reasons behind her anger.
  • Identify Triggers:
What specific situations or behaviors trigger her anger? Understanding these triggers can help you both address the issues more effectively.
  • Seek Professional Help:
If the conflict is persistent and deeply rooted, consider seeking guidance from a marriage counselor or therapist.
2. Communication Strategies:
  • Choose the Right Time:
Find a calm and private moment to discuss the issues, rather than trying to address them when emotions are high.
  • Use "I" Statements:
Express your feelings and needs using "I" statements (e.g., "I feel hurt when..." instead of "You always..."). This can help avoid blame and defensiveness.
  • Be Respectful:
Even when disagreeing, maintain a respectful tone and avoid personal attacks. This can help create a safe space for open communication.
  • Focus on Solutions:
Rather than dwelling on the problem, work together to find solutions that address her concerns and improve the situation.
3. Manage Your Own Emotions:
  • Stay Calm:
It's crucial to remain calm and composed, even when your wife is angry. Avoid escalating the situation by matching her anger.
  • Take a Break:
If you feel overwhelmed or are struggling to stay calm, take a break from the conversation and return to it later when you're both feeling more composed.
  • Practice Self-Care:
Engage in activities that help you manage your own stress and emotions, such as exercise, meditation, or spending time with friends.
4. Seek Support:
5. Remember Love and Appreciation:
  • Show Affection:
Even when things are difficult, continue to show your wife affection and appreciation. Small gestures of love can go a long way.
  • Focus on the Positive:
Make an effort to acknowledge and appreciate your wife's positive qualities and contributions to the relationship.
  • Be Patient:
Changing negative patterns and building a stronger relationship takes time and effort. Be patient with your wife and with yourself as you work through these challenges.

What's wrong with Jonathan Cahn's new comic book "The Harbinger?

Critics of Jonathan Cahn's book
The Harbinger identify several points of contention.
Here are some of the main arguments against the book's claims:
  • Misapplication of Scripture: The most significant criticism is that Cahn misinterprets and misapplies Isaiah 9:10, a verse addressed to ancient Israel, as a prophecy directly applicable to the United States. Critics argue that the context of Isaiah 9:8-21 describes God's judgment on Israel and does not contain a prophecy of warning or restoration for America.
  • Faulty Hermeneutics: Critics assert that Cahn employs an allegorical interpretation of the Bible, finding hidden meanings and mysteries in the text that are not supported by a literal, historical-grammatical approach to hermeneutics. This subjective approach, they argue, allows for the imposition of personal ideas onto the biblical text rather than deriving meaning from it.
  • Selective Use of Evidence: Cahn's critics point to his selective use of historical events and their parallels to the biblical narrative to support his claims. For example, he focuses on 9/11 as a harbinger of judgment while seemingly ignoring other significant historical events in American history that could be interpreted differently or might not fit his narrative.
  • Problematic Covenant Theology: The book's implied connection between America and ancient Israel as covenant nations is considered unbiblical. The Abrahamic covenant with Israel, critics emphasize, was an unconditional covenant that does not extend to America or any other nation.
  • Influence of Mysticism: Some critics suggest that Cahn's approach shows signs of being influenced by Jewish mystical hermeneutics, leading him to uncover hidden meanings that are not present in a straightforward reading of the biblical text.
In essence, critics contend that The Harbinger, while possibly well-intentioned in its call for national repentance, ultimately relies on flawed biblical interpretation and speculative connections between historical events and scriptural passages.
Last but not least, this book is classified as Christian Fiction in book stores.
What that means is that in essence, everything that the book claims as being
REAL PROPHETICALLY IS IN FACT FICTICIOUS!

IT'S ALL A CLEVER GIMMICK. A CASH COW!

Also if you examine closely the character of the Prophet in the comic
book you will notice that this individual is none other than Mr. Cahn himself.

Trump administration announces end of taxpayer-funded benefits going to illegal migrants!

GO TO LINK BELOW FOR MORE DETAILS

Is a church breaking the law if they offer Sanctuary to illegal migrants?
Providing sanctuary to undocumented immigrants could potentially be considered a violation of U.S. federal law.

While it is a complex issue with historical and moral considerations, there is no legal right to sanctuary in a church under U.S. law. Under 8 U.S. Code § 1324, anyone who knowingly harbors, conceals, or shields an undocumented immigrant from detection may face penalties, including fines and imprisonment. Violations can result in up to 5 years in prison, while violations involving serious bodily injury or life endangerment can lead to up to 20 years.
However, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP) policies generally consider places of worship as "sensitive locations" where enforcement actions should typically be avoided. These policies state that enforcement actions may only take place in sensitive locations with prior approval from a supervisory official, or in exigent circumstances related to national security, terrorism, or public safety.
It is important to note that this is a policy, not a law, and it is subject to change. Some legal experts believe that challenging such enforcement actions in court on First Amendment grounds (religious freedom) could be difficult, as courts are unlikely to recognize church sanctuary as legally justified if it is seen as interfering with the government's compelling interest in enforcing immigration laws.
Therefore, while there is no legal right to sanctuary in a church, the government's current enforcement policy generally discourages immigration agents from making arrests inside places of worship unless specific conditions are met.  Recent reports indicate that the Trump administration plans to revoke this policy, potentially allowing federal agents to arrest migrants within churches, according to NBC News.

Update: Jan 21, 2025
Recent actions taken by the Trump administration have rescinded previous guidance that restricted Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers from making arrests at "sensitive locations," such as schools, hospitals, and churches.
This change overturns a policy initially enacted in 2011 and expanded under the Biden administration in 2021, which aimed to protect these spaces from immigration enforcement actions, except in certain specific circumstances (such as national security concerns or imminent threats to public safety). Under the current Trump administration policy, ICE agents are no longer prohibited from conducting enforcement actions in or near these locations and are directed to use "common sense" and discretion when doing so.
The rationale for the change, according to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), is that it empowers law enforcement to apprehend individuals who have committed crimes and are residing in the country illegally, and that criminals should not be able to avoid arrest by hiding in sensitive locations like schools and churches. However, the policy shift has raised concerns among immigrant advocates and community leaders about the potential for increased fear and disruptions in accessing essential services like healthcare, education, and religious practice within immigrant communities. Some also express concern about the potential for indiscriminate arrests, even though the administration has stated the policy is aimed at targeting those with serious criminal records. Additionally, a federal judge has recently ordered the Trump administration to halt indiscriminate immigration stops and arrests in several California counties.

The Trump administration has issued new guidance allowing ICE and Border Patrol agents to arrest migrants in schools, churches, and hospitals, ending a decade-long policy of treating these areas as safe zones. FOX 5 NY's Linda Schmidt has the story in video below..
